Values
Values
What are my values?
Is it possible to reorient my entire life around my values?
What would that look like?
Would this be selfish?
Why is it important for me to know what my values are?
Aren't everyone values similar?
Do we want to know and live within our values? Well, the answer to those questions is simple, look around you and I will guarantee why you will see more unhappy people than happy. Why, are so many people choosing to be unhappy? Why, because if they chose to know and understand who they are, then they would feel a need to change. The scariest thing for every human being is to know themselves and take responsibility for their own growth. Wow, that is scary, for most of us, we would rather someone else take responsibility for our growth, this way we do not have to connect with ourselves. We can then hold someone else responsible for our lives and everything that goes wrong in it and many times even when things go right we do not like to acknowledge our success and honor ourselves.
These are a few of the many questions I receive when I begin speak about values to groups or on an individual basis.
There are many reasons to orient your life around your values, including meeting your own need, wants and the future. Your values are your own personal ideas which are important and meaningful for you and draw you forward naturally, which opens the doors for Attraction to occur.
Values are your connection to yourself, no two people values are the same. Some people are natural explores----they were adventuresome are age six and at age 40 they are still taking adventures trips. A value is something that you do not need to put any effort into doing, it just natural occurs and when it does you fill very motivated and it fills you with a sense of JOY. A value is equal to a state of Being.
While values run deep within us, they tend to get covered up or become transparent when other more powerful distractions command our attention. These distractions come in many forms, but many of the most powerful are:
NEEDS
SHOULD'S
TOLERATIONS
UNRESOLVED MATTERS
ADRENALINE
ADDICTIONS
IRRESPONSIBILITY
STRESS
FANTASIES
ROLES
MONEY
OBLIGATION/DUTY
Understanding and living your values brings a sense of joy, fulfillment and inner peace. It is a lasting glow and the feeling of being totally you! Who among us isn't searching for this connection to ourselves?
The benefits of orienting your life around your values is allowing the Laws of Attraction to occur naturally, fulfilling your life purpose and living a simple yet meaningful life.

So, what so does this really mean? Many of my clients at this point seem to experience a fear of all degrees. Why, because it has now become quit obvious that they are not living within their values, guilt and fear begin to creep in. STOP right there, this is not the time for judgment, it is not fair to judge someone, especially yourself, for innocents. Judgments are what will keep you from moving forward and connecting with the true YOU! SO STOP THE JUDGMENT NOW!
Select or design an exciting project to fully express one value.
EXAMPLE

The most important thing to always remember is that we are all here to experience life. There is no success and no failure only opportunities to connect with different emotions. We are all perfect, and we must always honor ourselves and our own power. I encourage all of you to connect to your Inner WISE DIVA, SPEAK YOUR TRUTH, and PASSION IS POWER.
