You are either "in integrity or not!
Integrity refers to what makes you whole!
Being "in integrity" is always a choice

What is Integrity - to you?
Are you "in integrity" right now?
How much integrity do you need?
Has you level of integrity changed over the last five years?
How do you feel when you are "in integrity"?
What happens when you feel "in integrity"?
Integrity is a measure of personal wholeness. It describes how well your actions align with your core values and represent your purpose. You define your own integrity. You define your level of vigilantly developing the fit between calling and conduct.
It is advised that as each person evaluates and honestly seeks to restore their personal integrity, the realities of ethics and morals be considered on a personal level.

Ways to restore your integrity
Make a list of 10 ways you can currently not in integrity
Get to the source of each and every item: resolve all fully
Make a commitment to living in integrity, as you see it
Let Go of at least 10 "shoulds, coulds, woulds, oughts, wills and tries
Involve a coach or other strong, able person to support you
Start getting 50% more reserves than you feel you need
Stop hanging out with people who are not the best models
Eliminate adrenaline and other unhealthy "rushes" in your life
Let go of everything you know is not good for you!

DEEPEN YOUR COMMUNITY

You Spend most of your time with your community

They may shape you more than you shape you

Your community includes colleagues, friends, associates, coworkers, church or special interest groups

You attract who you are ready for

Your life is a response to your community

ASK YOURSELF:

Who is in my community of choice?
Who may be part of my community whom I had not seen as such before?
Am I currently attractive to the type of community I wish to be in?
Do I even want to be a part of a special, chose community?

Family is different from community

Families are rearing/societal-based

Communities are highest quality of life or choice-based

For enjoyment (like minds)

For higher-end development (intellectual)

For love, acceptance and contribution (spiritual)

10 STEPS T0 DEEPENING YOUR COMMUNITY

1. Determine who and what comprises your existing community or communities

2. Draw a picture of your communities and show how they interrelate

3. Examine the benefits you gain from being part of these communities, as well as potential drawbacks or roadblocks to your future development

4. After you have honestly evaluated your existing community structure, do the benefits far outweigh the negatives?

5. Evaluate whether or not you should be part of these existing communities and make choices and commitments to either strengthen some, remove yourself from some or develop new ones altogether.

6. What do you offer to others as part of these existing or new communities?

7. What concrete steps can you take today, right now, to be exactly where you want to be within your community?

8. Are there tolerations built into your existing communities? How can you eliminate them?

9. How can your ideal communities overlap, benefit from each other and strengthen you so that your energy is not diverted and scattered between communities?

10. Understand that you will always be part of a community, or several, but that the choices is yours.

STEPS TO MOVING INTO YOUR INTEGRITY
Make a list of 10 ways you are not in integrity.
Get to the source of each item and resolve all fully.
Make a commitment to start living within YOUR integrity.
 Let go of at least 10 "shoulds, coulds,woulds,oughts, wills and try.
Involve someone to support you, friend, family member, Life Coach.
Start building 50% more reserve than you feel you need.
Stop hanging out with people who are not the best models.
Eliminate adrenadine and other unhealthy " rushes" in your life.
Let go of everything you know is not good for you.
 EXTEND YOUR BOUNDARIES
Understand that you need to dramatically extend your boundaries.
Be willing to educate others on how to respest your new boundaries.
Be relentless and persistant, as you extend your boundaries.
Make a list of 10 things that people may no longer do around you, do to you or say to you.
Sit down with each person involved and share with him/her your process; get their commitment to honoring you.
Insist that every person in your life delivers their comments in positive ways.
Have and use a 4 step plan of action, whenever someone violates your boundaries, such as  a.  Inform them what they are doing
                                b. Request they stop immediately
                                c. Demand the stop
                                 d.Walk away without any sarcastic, nasty or get-                                    even comments
Make a List of 10 ways you are violating others' boundaries
Stop violating the boundaries on that list
Reward; congradulate those who are respecting your boundaries
