What does connecting to your heart really mean?

When we connect to our hearts, we are coming from a space of love, little to no ego. If we want to be heard, we must connect to our hearts

What does it really mean to Speak Your Truth?

When you speak your truth you have connected to your heart and you are using the tools and skills in order to be heard. Your truth is only about you and how you are feeling.

When you speak your truth you are honoring yourself, if you chose to not speak or to speak in a manner in which you do not connect to your heart, you are dishonoring yourself and at some point in time this will manifest in your body. This is why it is so important to Speak your Truth in a manner in which you are heard.

How do you know if you are living your passion?

The best way to know this is to ask yourself, when I wake up in the morning do I want to pull the blankets up over my head and stay in bed? If you can answer yes or maybe, or sometimes I do, this is not passion. Passion is a feeling that makes you excited about getting up each morning!

Why do I need a strong foundation?

Everyone needs a strong foundation, so when life decides to step in and give you a reality check, such as a death of someone close to you, or financial stress or financial success. You know how to take the next steps and exactly what needs to happen. Can you image taking steps like this all in stride? Feeling confident and self assured and free during a life change.

No, this journey is about you and you alone. You are only responsible for connecting to your heart, speak your truth and living your passion, Generally if you focus on yourself, others feel and see the changes in you and become curious, this is when sharing your truth is second nature, effortless.
